My career has moved through the early commercial Internet, ISP and global telecom operations, CIO leadership, consulting and product strategy, and now digital health programme delivery.
The common thread is working where technology, organisations and delivery meet. I’m comfortable at executive level while remaining close enough to architecture, systems, product, commercial models and delivery detail to make decisions practical.
Today my focus is digital health and complex programmes across Africa, alongside practical applications of AI and automation to improve how organisations identify opportunities and deliver work.
The site also preserves a first-person career archive because the route from early Internet infrastructure to digital health is part of the context behind the work I do now.
