The current work involves multi donor programmes across sub Saharan Africa. That requires balancing strategic direction with the operational detail needed to keep delivery moving, resources aligned and financial responsibilities under control.
It also draws together capabilities developed throughout the career, including commercial modelling, organisational leadership, technology strategy, procurement, planning and complex programme management.
